Traditional adhesives

The adhesive of the traditional artificial plate is almost a urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin represented by "trialdehyde resin", these ingredients are the "culprit" of the formaldehyde standard of the plate, and will continue to release formaldehyde for decades, seriously polluting the air and endangering human health.

New nano ENF adhesive

Barnacles, mussels and other Marine organisms have strong adhesion ability. The secreted bioadhesive can make these organisms adhere to almost all kinds of substrates, including polytetrafluoroethylene. Based on this biomimetic property, we use molecular imprinting technology to absorb the advantages of traditional resins and develop a new bionnanometer ENF adhesive.

As a part of the plate, the adhesive affects its environmental performance to a certain extent. HANSY ENF plate adopts new bionnanometer ENF glue, strictly controls the formaldehyde release of the plate (formaldehyde content ≤0.010mg/m³), and creates a green, healthy and environmentally friendly home environment for consumers.

In addition to the selection of bio-nano ENF adhesive, the substrate of HANSY ENF sheet is also a high-quality solid wood core material to ensure that the overall environmental performance of the product is better.

In the process of production and processing, HANSY ENF plate through 30 processes, layer by layer screening, layer by layer inspection, layer by layer check. After precise calculation, the proportion of moisture and adhesive is strictly controlled, so that the bonding strength and water resistance of the plate reach the maximum. Three hot pressing processes disperse the stress inside the plate, making the plate a solid whole and improving the overall stability.
